Workmanship Warranty

All installation work performed by Light Guys ALGA is covered by our workmanship warranty:

• Duration: 2 years from installation date
• Coverage: Defects in installation, wiring, and fixture mounting
• Includes: Labor and materials to correct installation issues

Product Warranties

Lighting fixtures and components are covered by manufacturer warranties, which we help facilitate:

LED Fixtures

• Manufacturer warranty: 5-10 years (varies by product)
• Coverage includes LED components and fixture housing
• We handle all warranty claims on your behalf

Transformers and Power Supplies

• Manufacturer warranty: 3-5 years
• Coverage for electrical components and housing
• Free replacement during warranty period

Control Systems

• Manufacturer warranty: 2-3 years
• Includes timers, smart controls, and automation systems
• Technical support and replacement coverage

Holiday Lighting Warranty

Seasonal and permanent holiday lighting installations include:

• Temporary Installations: Coverage for the duration of the season
• Permanent Systems: 2-year workmanship warranty plus manufacturer product warranty
• Free bulb replacement during the first season
• Complimentary mid-season service check

What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage from severe weather events (lightning, flooding, hurricanes)
• Damage caused by landscaping or construction activities
• Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues
• Damage from power surges (surge protection recommended)
• Neglect or failure to perform recommended maintenance

Making a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim:

1. Contact our office with your service details and issue description
2. We'll schedule a service visit to assess the problem
3. If covered under warranty, repairs are completed at no charge
4. If not covered, we'll provide a quote for repair services
