Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Light Guys ALGA services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Light Guys ALGA provides professional exterior lighting design, installation, and maintenance services including:

• Landscape and architectural lighting
• Deck and dock lighting
• Holiday and event lighting
• Commercial lighting solutions
• Lighting maintenance and repairs

Consultations and Quotes

We offer free consultations to assess your lighting needs. Quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final costs may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and project scope changes.

Service Agreements

All services require a signed service agreement outlining the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms. Changes to the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

Payment Terms

• Deposits may be required to schedule installation
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled service.

Property Access

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property for installation and maintenance. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked or disclosed.

Warranties

We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties. Specific warranty terms are provided in your service agreement and vary by service type and materials used. See our Warranty page for details.

Limitation of Liability

Light Guys ALGA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All lighting designs, plans, and materials created by Light Guys ALGA remain our intellectual property. Customers receive a license to use the installed lighting system but may not reproduce our designs without permission.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Alabama state law.
